General terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of tickets for events organized by Eleos Events, a single-member limited liability company currently in the process of incorporation, operating under the brand name La Cour des Rêves. The purchase of a ticket implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose
   These Terms and Conditions define the terms of sale for tickets granting access to events organized by La Cour des Rêves. Each ticket is valid solely for the event, date, and location specified at the time of purchase.

2. Ticket Sales
   Tickets are sold exclusively online via the La Cour des Rêves website or through an authorized ticketing partner. Unless otherwise stated, tickets are issued in the purchaser’s name and may only be used by the person identified at the time of purchase.

3. Prices
   Ticket prices are stated in euros (€). The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase. No additional charges will be applied without prior notice to the purchaser.

4. Payment Terms
   Payment is made online using the payment methods offered at the time of purchase. The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. An electronic ticket is then sent to the email address provided by the purchaser.

5. No Right of Withdrawal
   In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for leisure events provided on a specific date or during a defined period are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

6. Refund Policy
   All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued in the event of personal inability to attend, a change of mind, or failure to attend the event. However, certain exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, strictly upon written request sent by email to the organizer up to 40 days before the event date. After this deadline, no refund may be considered for any reason. The review of an exceptional request does not constitute an obligation for the organizer to issue a refund.

7. Cancellation or Modification of the Event

a) Cancellation by the Organizer
In the event that the organizer cancels the event, the ticket may be subject to:
– a refund,
– a rescheduling, or
– a credit note,
according to the terms communicated to participants.

b) Substantial Modification
In the event of a substantial modification to the event (date, location, or content), the organizer will specify the applicable rescheduling or refund conditions.

1. Access to the Event
   Access to the event is subject to presentation of:
   – the ticket (paper or electronic), and
   – where applicable, a valid form of identification.

Late arrival or refusal of access shall not give rise to any refund.

1. Liability
   The organizer shall not be held liable for:
   – loss or theft of personal belongings,
   – damage caused by a participant’s behavior,
   – refusal of access resulting from failure to comply with event rules.

2. Force Majeure
   The organizer shall not be held liable in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure or an administrative decision.

3. Intellectual Property
   The universe, concepts, visuals, scenography, the name La Cour des Rêves, and all elements related to the events are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

4. Personal Data
   Personal data collected during ticket purchases is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

5. Governing Law and Disputes
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought as a priority. Failing this, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.

6. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
   The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of ticket purchase.
